When arranging an appointment either online or via telephone with High Class Mobile Detail Inc., it is essential to thoroughly review and consent to the terms and conditions pertaining to the booking process. Upon confirmation of the appointment, you are henceforth bound by the terms and conditions delineated herein.
Booking Terms & Conditions
• Prior to any detailing service, customers must remove all personal belongings, money, and other significant items from their vehicle.
• High Class Mobile Detail Inc. holds no liability for any loss or damage to personal property, including the serviced vehicle, its contents, or the service location. Ensure that your vehicle is serviced in a lawful and safe area. If you feel otherwise, please communicate your concerns with the technician.
• All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes.
• High Class Mobile Detail Inc. or its vendors do not accept liability for discharged batteries during or after the service. Please inspect your vehicle after the service to ensure all interior lights, headlights, or running lights have been turned off.
• Our detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to complete the detailing type.
• While we make every effort to adhere to scheduled bookings, unforeseen circumstances may cause lateness without voiding our cancellation policy.
• We reserve the right to alter or reschedule a booking due to staffing levels, weather conditions, and/or machinery or equipment failure.
• High Class Mobile Detail Inc. reserves the right to refuse or deny customer demands beyond the scope of the booked detailing.
• High Class Mobile Detail Inc. will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse toward its staff under any circumstances and will take appropriate actions if such behavior is encountered.
Service Guarantee for Bubbleduck Inc.
• If there is clear evidence that the service technician did not complete the ordered package or displayed poor craftsmanship, we will, at our expense, refund or redo the unsatisfactory portion of the service.
• Cleaning or repairing the vehicle after the initial service without authorization from High Class Mobile Detail Inc. will void our Service Guarantee. No redos, refunds, or reimbursements will be provided after any unauthorized cleaning or repairs.
• Rejecting a redo appointment for the unsatisfactory part of your service will limit any refunds to 20% of the service value.
• Failure to disclose any significant issues during booking, such as heavy stains, strong odors, biological waste, mold, chemical spills, or hazardous materials, will void our service guarantee. No refunds, redos, or additional work will be conducted beyond the original package or estimate.
• Certain issues may necessitate services beyond what was initially ordered. Refusing recommended services by our customer service or on-site technician may void the service guarantee.
• Only services included in your order and additional services authorized by High Class Mobile Detail Inc. are covered under our service guarantee. Services not authorized by us are at the customer’s own risk.
• Our on-site technician may take photos and/or videos to document your vehicle’s condition before and after the service, including the license plate. Preventing the technician from doing so will invalidate our service guarantee, and any redo appointments or refunds will be at the discretion of High Class Mobile Detail Inc.
• Payment is required upon completion of your service. Refusal or failure to pay for your service will invalidate our service guarantee, and any redo services or discounts will be at the discretion of High Class Mobile Detail Inc.
• Initiating a credit card dispute or chargeback for billed services will invalidate our service guarantee, and no refunds or redo appointments will be authorized.
• Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of service completion using our online Support Request tool.
